Mr. Fitzgibbons' company Designer Plus designs corporate interiors, restaurants and exhibits. His design for the “Inside the Apple” kiosk was a fixture in Duffy Square, New York City for many years. Mr. Fitzgibbons’ methods for visualizing his designs have evolved. The most recent has been the introduction of 3d computer rendering. Examples of his 3d computer renderings using Autodesk’s 3ds Max can be seen throughout this website. His recent renderings have proven to be an invaluable tool for presenting his ideas to directors, choreographers and producers. It surpasses the often used scaled stage model by adding stage lighting, effects and atmosphere. The complete stage picture can then be viewed by directors and choreographers from multiple audience vantage points. In addition, computer rendering has become a liberating creative tool for developing Mr. Fitzgibbons’ ideas.
